Return Policies for pre-owned equipment is 90-days.  Item can be returned or exchange if it is defective.  Any neglegant damage to equipment will void any return options.  However, steps will still be exhausted to help remedy and troubleshoot equipment.

Payments made for business services are paid based on time and effort involved.  Outcome from every engagement can differ and can be treated indiviually.

Any disputed transactions may result in termination of ongoing services, websites or managed accounts.
